With an articulating load plate, hardened load pin and double-ended beam load cell in one simple design, the RL2100HE Rice Lake Tank Mount tolerates side loads of up to 100% of capacity. The RL2100HE comes standard with NTEP Certified, 1:5000 division class IIIL load cells, yielding up to 0.02% total error. An integral conduit adapter offers added washdown protection when conduit is used. These standard features give the RL2100HE accuracy and dependability in one heavyweight package. Time-tested, forgiving and durable, the RL2100HE is ideal for high-capacity hostile environments.
B-TEK Load Cell Tank Mounts
B-TEK Scales, LLC offers a variety of load cell tank mount assemblies. Kits are available with gross capacities from 1,000 to 400,000 lb and are produced in zinc-plated tool steel, stainless steel, and hermetically-sealed stainless steel. Factory-mutual approved load cells can also be supplied. B-TEK’s tank mount assemblies are constructed to provide the highest level of accuracy, repeatability, and long-life performance.
